|Assignment and main responsibilities
" Provide technical support to users over the phone, via email, the Web or the newsgroup.
" Document all interventions towards users.
" Follow-up on users' requests.
" Provide above reproach service according to Cube's standards
Production of variable content documents
" Create demos
" Implement developed solutions at customers' sites
" Participate in development sessions.
" Train customers on new processes.
" Assume all related tasks to provide a top quality customer service
" Communicate with the Clients to organize site visits regarding installations of our software products and perform the installations on site.
" Provide technical training to end users, clients and partners for our software products.
" Keep the knowledge base articles on the help desk system up to date, with the latest resolved support issues.
" Provide technical support to Clients for resolving their issues through phone, email and online help desk system.
" Provide consultancy to Clients regarding our software solutions.
" Liaise with the technical and sales department for a successful and satisfactory delivery of solutions to Clients.
" Educate and train self to keep up with the latest releases of the software products carried by our Organization.
" Maintain and configure the internal office network as and when required.
Academic training and experience
" Reputable training in computer science or relevant professional experience
" One year of experience in technical support
" Basic knowledge of actual software and Windows operating systems
" Knowledge of networking and network troubleshooting.
" Understanding of laser printers
" Asset: knowledge of the VB Script
" Asset: knowledge of print infrastructure and printer drivers
" Perfect English Written / Spoken
" Proactive and customer oriented attitude
" Communication and interpersonal skills
" Strong ability for technical learning
" Creativity and innovation in searching for solutions
" Ability to identify and analyze needs
" Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at the same time
