Number of Years of Experience: Min 15 yrs. Qualification: o B.SC. degree in Electrical Power Engineering or Industrial Engineering with at least 15 years experience in Maintenance Management System Field in Power Utilities or Petrochemical Industries using SAP. o Mastering of SAP Maintenance Management System Model and Project Management. Skills and Experience o Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to transfer knowledge and experience to others. o Should have the ability to motivate people. o Excellent leadership skills. o Extensive practical experience and wide knowledge of maintenance planning & scheduling using SAP. o Material management skills. o Project management skills. Minimum Educational Qualification B.SC. degree in Electrical Power Engineering or Industrial Engineering Job Description Review & coordinate of the yearly power network outage plans. 2. Review & coordinate of the yearly power network non-outage plans. 3. Follow up the execution of the monthly non-outage plans. 4. Updating & follow up of asset failure history, maintenance history & cost history. 5. Updating RCM management system tasks & frequencies after the yearly reviewing. 6. Updating RCM analysis on yearly basis. 7. Building up an asset codification for new assets. 8. Performing planning KPIs for the Transmission Power Division. 9. Establishing, reviewing, & updating maintenance planning procedures. 10. Monitoring TTF, TTR, MTTF, MTTR, Failure rate, reliability figure for each asset. 11. Statistical monitoring of asset maintenance, failure and cost histories. 12. Wide experience in Maintenance Planning using SAP System. 13. Monitoring Snags and Root Causes in the Power Network and develop statistical studies. 14. Update method statement, checklists & risk assessment after revision from the concerned departments. 15. Follow up updating MEL for all assets. 16. Establishing, review and update of procedures for follow up of all abnormalities in the system and developing a monthly report and statistical trends. 17. Continuous check and update of policies, plans and procedures according to PAS 55 / ISO 55000. 18. Review & update of the following database: X Asset codification. X MEL for all assets. X Abnormalities. X Cost (RCM & corrective) as per asset, substation, zones. X RCM management system. X KPIs. X Spare parts and material consumption. 19. Asset performance review, update & reporting: X Reliability KPIs (developing procedures & policies). X Maintenance costs (Establishing policies & procedures for cost KPIs including manpower, spares, material, tools, vehicles, etc.) X Abnormality KPIs (introducing KPIs, statistical analysis, abnormality trend, performing action plans for elimination such abnormalities)
