PSYCHOMETRIC TEST
The Psychometric Test is any standardized procedure for measuring sensitivity, memory, intelligence, and/or aptitude. There are two main types of Psychometric Tests used by employers as part of their selection processes. These tests are the Aptitude/Ability Test and the Personality Test.

PERSONALITY TEST
A personality test is any test that is intended to assess an individual’s personality. This test is aimed to describe certain aspects of a person's character that remain stable throughout that person's lifetime and to assess the individual's character pattern of behavior, thoughts, and feelings.

APTITUDE TEST
The Aptitude Test attempts to determine and measure a person's ability to acquire, through future training, some specific set of skills such as verbal, numerical, or abstract reasoning.  Most of the time, the examination is presented in a multiple-choice format with questions that have either definite right or wrong answers.
